  • At capacity, our healthcare investments serve 95,000+ active low- and moderate-income patients per year.
  • 100% of our healthcare provider partners meet or beat the majority of applicable benchmarks for quality of care at their facilities. 93% of our healthcare provider partners receive significantly higher patient satisfaction scores than the applicable benchmark at their facilities.
  • 100% of our facilities improve access to quality, affordable care, with 63% located in health professional shortage areas.

Housing

Turner Multifamily Impact Funds

  • At any given time, our housing communities provide affordable housing to over 9,900+ low- and moderate-income residents at any one time through 5,100+ housing units, having served over 55,000 residents since inception.
  • Our communities have provided 249,000+ hours of Resident Enrichment Programming with:
    • 96% Resident Enrichment Programs satisfaction rate; and
    • 1.6x increased resident tenure among Resident Enrichment Program participants vs. non-program participants.
  • On-site crime has fallen by over 48% since implementation of our safety and security protocols.
  • Since inception, 24,200+ residents have enrolled in positive rent reporting and financial inclusion services to improve their credit and financial access.

Turner-Agassi Education Facilities Funds

  • Our schools have improved high-quality educational opportunities for more than 59,000 students per year at full capacity.
    • Over 80% are students of color; and
    • 60% participate in free and reduced lunch programs.
  • Nearly 75% of Turner-Agassi schools academically outperform the nearest traditional district public school.
  • Our education facilities have supported 5,700 construction jobs and over 4,000 permanent teaching and academic administration jobs.

  • Nearly 60% average improvement in overall building performance score from pre- to post- construction, with greatest improvements among water score (over 60% average improvement).
  • An environmentally attractive, less carbon intensive, development approach through adaptive re-use.

  • Over 8% reduction in average residential water consumption onsite.
  • Over 3,000 Energy Star-rated appliances installed.
