Ramiro Viramontes

Ramiro Viramontes is the President of Construction Services for Turner Impact Capital. Ramiro brings over 30 years of corporate experience in construction management, facility operations, and property management. Ramiro is responsible for all construction projects for funds managed by Turner Impact Capital, including design development, green building sustainability, pre-construction and construction management. He has been involved in the development of over 100 charter schools and community-serving healthcare facilities across the country.
Before joining Turner Impact Capital, Ramiro worked in a similar capacity for Canyon Capital Realty Advisors (CCRA) where he oversaw charter school construction. Prior to CCRA, Ramiro was a Vice President of Construction Services at Pacific Charter School Development where he oversaw the portfolio of facility development projects for Aspire Public Schools, and other Charter School Management Organizations.
In his spare time, Ramiro has served on several boards and committees for schools in California and New York. He is a member of the United States Green Building Council and Harvard’s Environmental Club.
