As an Associate for the Turner Agassi Charter School Facilities Fund, Charity May supports the underwriting, analyzing, negotiating and executing of investment opportunities and management of fund finances.
Prior to joining Turner Impact Capital, Charity was an Associate at KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM), the investment banking platform of KeyBank, N.A. in Cleveland, OH. At KBCM, Charity was responsible for the underwriting, analysis, structuring and monitoring of Leveraged Finance transactions for middle market companies across multiple industries. She first began at KBCM as an investment banking analyst in the Utilities, Power and Renewable Energy division, where she was involved in the acquisition and debt financing of renewable energy projects.
Charity graduated summa cum laude from the Weatherhead School of Management and the College of Arts and Sciences at Case Western Reserve University (B.S. Management & Finance; B.A. International Studies).
