Thomas Isabel is an Associate at Turner Impact Capital focused on its Multifamily Housing Initiatives and is responsible for acquisitions underwriting, transaction due diligence, and management of portfolio assets.
Prior to joining Turner Impact Capital, Thomas was an Investment Associate for Greystar Real Estate Partners, a fully integrated multifamily real estate company offering expertise in investment management, development and property management of rental housing properties globally. Prior to Greystar, Thomas was an Analyst at Hodes Weill & Associates where he focused on Investment Banking and Strategic Advisory engagements for real estate private equity funds.
Thomas received a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Investments and Corporate Finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill along with a minor in German.
