Carlos Figueroa III

In his role as Construction Manager, Carlos manages charter school projects in the West region, ranging from ground-up to major renovations. Carlos Figueroa III began his career creating charter schools while working at Pacific Charter School Development where he was on the team that brought California it’s first-ever LEED Certified middle & high school.
Prior to Turner-Agassi, Carlos was most recently a Project Manager for the Anning – Johnson Company, where he was responsible for the construction management of many projects, including the iconic Broad Museum, a unique Design-Build museum that will receive a LEED Silver certification.
Carlos is a graduate of California Polytechnic University, Pomona (B.S. Construction Engineering) where he and his team ranked 3rd in the nation for Concrete Solutions. Carlos likes to share his extensive construction expertise whenever he can – he mentors Eagle Scouts in La Puente as they design and build their final projects.
